On-line reservation service

The service is intended for requests preparation and payment via Web-based resource of Capsule Hotel “V-Express”. Service users are both regular guests (private customers) and organizations which involve in appropriate contractual relationships. The use of the service greatly reduces the number of necessary communications with the hotel representatives, and ideally eliminates them.

Below is information for private customers: reservation conditions, rates and settlements with other organizations according to the relevant agreement obligations.

Reservation conditions for private customers

Reservations is made on the basis of the available rooms and after prepayment in the amount of 1000 rubles. Prepayment when online reservation is possible on presentation of credit card during reservation. We accept payment cards only of international payment systems (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, DinersClubInternational). Payment operator is a Masterbank. Also, prepayment is possible via the payment center «Platron» (More detailed information about the system you can find in section “service payment”

After registration and payment the buyer receives the confirmation of reservation (voucher) via email automatically.

Payment of Order

According to the chosen method of payment / prepayment of services, the transfer is made in the amount of 1000 rubles as a deposit to the request account. When staying in a hotel, written-off amount as a deposit is included in accommodation price and the buyer shall pay only the remaining amount. You may change the order at least one day prior to the reservation date, subject to the rooms’ availability. Changes are made on a personal page, after the registration of an order, access to which the guest receives by entering e-mail and password specified when ordering.

Cancellation Policy

In case of no show or cancellation in less than a day, the amount previously written off as a deposit is not refundable. If cancellation or abandonment of reservation is made in due time, then the previously written-off amount as a deposit, shall be accrued back to the guest’s account.

For order cancellation, please go to page “online reservations”, select the orders and enter the data specified when booking (e-mail, password) to login to your personal page, change the order status into canceled. In case of non- payment by credit card, your request shall be canceled within 24 hours. Payment for hotel services through the receipt of Sberbank on requests, reserved via On-line service is IMPOSSIBLE.

Note

Settlements of bank cards shall be carried out by transferring data to the website of Masterbank payment system, which performs the security of payments (transfer of information is carried out via closed banking networks of the highest level of protection). Personal data of the customers, bank card details and other information, including the information on purchases made at the other stores, the hotel "V- Express" does not receive
